SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Urstadt Swan pieces are prepared and dispatched with meticulous attention to detail.

We offer complimentary standard domestic shipping on all orders via FedEx Ground, automatically applied at checkout with no code required. Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days following dispatch. Expedited FedEx shipping is available at checkout for priority delivery.

In-stock pieces are prepared for dispatch within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and commissioned designs follow dedicated production timelines, which are confirmed upon consultation or order received. Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding major national holidays.

Due to the value and exclusive nature of our pieces, select orders require a direct adult signature upon delivery. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses for orders requiring signature confirmation.

Once your parcel has shipped, you will receive an automated email with your FedEx tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for initial scanning updates to appear.
